Our extensive recruitment experience within the Technology, Business Information, Insight Analytics, Conferences and Events, and Targeted Marketing sectors has allowed us to develop a wide network of contacts. Through operating within these sectors on a daily basis we are able to keep up with developing trends and maintain a thorough understanding as to what is driving the thinking and requirements of Clients and Candidates alike.
In addition to our own contacts we are able to source Candidates for roles directly by going to market and headhunting individuals with sometimes rare or sought-after skillsets who are not actively looking to move positions.
Our knowledge of our sector specialisations means that in times of acute skill shortages we are able to identify suitable candidates with transferable skillsets who can fulfil our Clients’ requirements .
We work alongside our Clients’ HR teams and hiring managers to fully qualify a candidate’s suitability for each position. Once a Candidate has been vetted by our team and deemed suitable we will send over their CV and biographical details, together with their expectations and all the logistical information necessary to make the hire. We also include an explanation as to why we have chosen each candidate, and any areas that we believe should be further explored at interview. From here we work with the Client and Candidate to co-ordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to completion.

We genuinely operate on a 24/7 basis and regularly have telephone conversations and Zoom calls at all times of day and night with Candidates in the Far East and the Americas.
